How much woud you say ? Noticably quieter? No issues with the sensors?

I would not have changed on an F01 - that is a v quiet car.
I'll try to gauge it for noise and let you know...out with it again on Sunday (back to Heathrow...) Definitely no issues with sensors, although this time I did get the tires changed by my local BMW garage as I've had problems in the past with 7s and independent garages doing the work so was willing to pay the stupid prices to ensure no issues this time.

The change on the F01 was night and day. RF compared to non in both noise and comfort was something definitely worth doing even on that car with the better noise insulation that we both agree on. I'd judge it was at least 5 dB difference. Again stock tires to Michelin pilots at the time.

I may decide to do the same when I finally get a larger set of rims for this one next Spring (21") just to help with the ride quality and noise. In the F01 I never had any issues regarding the sensors though when I did change from RF to non...plenty of times when changing from RF to RF because of the incompetence of the various independent garages though.

The current RF to RF change is not as much as when I did it on the F01 in any case...It's more in the range of a dB or 2 at most.
