Thanks all for your replies. This helps a lot. I thought it was strange because it seemed like the first owner of my 7 opted for every M-Sport option possible, but wondered why it didn’t have a configurable sport exhaust.
However, I don’t want the hassle of the V8 reliability issues as I will be keeping it for a few years. So I’m happy overall.
