The Alpina centercaps are completely different. The wheels do not have your regular valve stem. It is hidden under the cap and one of the spokes is hollow as air passage to the tire. I don't think you'd want to modify them. Here is a video for reference.

You're looking at the previous gen Alpina wheels. The OPs wheels have the same 55mm center cap than any current BMW wheel would have.
