...and in addition to Qsilver7's listed items, the following also apply:
1. Door Sills will be lit with "B7" on the F01
2. Rear bumper will wrap around the exhaust pipes
3. Quad exhaust pipes
4. Trunk will have an Alpina trunk spoiler
5. Wheels will be Alpina (unless someone swapped them out)
6. Tuned 500 HP engine (up from 408 HP on the 750)
From the outside, it's very hard to miss an Alpina B7, B8 or XB7 here in the US - sort of rare.
