Hello, a friend of mine buyed a BMW 7 series g11 and it has not heated and ventilated seats, the car is fully equipped but the touchscreen buttons of the ventilated and heat are missing,he buyed the car from italy and they Say that they didn t equipped the car with that.Can someone help?
