Unfortunately you won’t have the hardware to do it so not just a coding issue (for example the seats would need to be perforated to allow the ‘cooling’, you don’t have these two ‘options’ it seems or they would show up in the centre console display. Wasn’t aware the G11/12’s could come without heated seats!
