In the UK we say if you want a car with spirit buy an Aston martin or Ferrari, if you want reliable but soulless buy German and if you've given up on life buy a Nissan.

On serious note I've never had a BMW let me down over 13 of them over 20 years and over 750,000 miles, I've never experienced their unreliability.
I'm not joking about this, I think you should drop whatever you are doing and go play the lotto right now as you have to be the luckiest man on earth.
It's either that or all of your bmws were low mileage?
