Two questions:
- what is non value service work? If it has no value, why am I paying for it?
- did you do something to that picture in your signature? The 6 looks positively tiny compared to the X5, and I know it's not a tiny car. I guess it's because of the height, but even though, I can't help but wonder if there's some kind of optical trick going on.
