We reached out to BMW NA, only because the dealer already lied to our face about 30 times in regards to there being paint work done. Also, they didnt provide a car fax. Was listed as a 1 owner car, but in fact has had 2 owners after i paid for the carfax myself after seeing the bumper paint work.
It was also listed as alpine white but is actually mineral white, but we identified that early in the process.
Point being, this dealer has no credibility with me and if i can avoid talking to them ever again, id be happy.
