If you register the car in Philadelphia County add 10% to the base monthly payment of $824.47, so $906.92. If outside Philly add 9% to the base
I just PM'd another guy who was interested (but he was inquiring about incentives), and as I told him, I'm running out of E46 M3 examples. One I was following was just sold and there are very, very few remaining other than $$$ at EAG. Honestly, this was the only reason I started this "feeler."
