The problem is the law is written for LAWYERS
and most people who have a problem, usually dont know where to look and even if they do are bamboozled, hence why they seek out a lawyer.

There's much much more to the law than reading it

Or should I saw, a lot more to the law when your trying to figure out HOW not to get a ticket for something, and most people are too flustered from shock when they get a ticket.

The old adage " A man who is his own lawyer has a fool for his client"
Now with google it's different, you can google up terms. But search engines and black and white definitions are far different from standing in front of a judge or going to a first hearing.

But as I said, horses for courses and the information was just put out there.
