As I’ve got Executive Drive Pro, I leave it in Adaptive most of the time as it knows exactly how soft/firm the dampers and anti roll bars need to be. Sport Individual is the second most used (everything in sport other than the gearbox), only because the valves in the exhaust are open at lower revs!
Slightly off topic, but I’m pretty sure that when the camera sees a speed bump, it not only softens off the suspension, it raises the ride height. To check, I stopped just before one in the car park and switched from Adaptive to comfort and the suspension lowered.
