An actual video card makes the overall system
significantly faster. No CPU cycles nor main RAM are used for video processing so the computer is a good deal faster. Even though CPU/RAM wise the MB and MBP are close, the MBP is a considerably faster unit due to it's graphics solution.

I'm a big fan of color rendition on the glossy and how everything just seems to "pop" more. It's kind of like how a plasma just "looks" better and has nicer colors than an LCD. That being said I'm afraid if I get it I'll never be able to see it due to glare from the sun definitely and possibly indoors as well.
