You are right, - it will be insane but we already had a trip booked to Universal Studios and thought "Well, since we're already going to be there...why not visit the Magic Kingdom and Epcot to see the 50th celebrations?" Those are the only two parks we planned to do (just came back from DisneyLand 2 weeks ago), and for the MK day we would also purchase the Christmas party tickets for the night.

Got a room booked at our favorite resort - Boardwalk. But stupid room price is $654/night. Right now the Universal trip is a done deal but we're still teetering on the whole Disney add-on...
Room prices seems to have jumped everywhere. Recommended a B&B in Charleston, SC to my brother in law and he told me prices were $500 / night. Last week, we rented a 2 BR AirBnB for family in the same building we have a condo in Asheville for $295 / night. Some friends just booked a 2BR in the same building in early November for $595 / night. Hotel across the street in $700 / night, which is insane.
