Can someone help find out what the lowest RPM is allowed by your 7series at steady cruise (of any speed)?

I just got a new X3 and found power train vibration when car cruises at low RPM (~1100PRM). I notice competitors' cars and older X3 have lowest RPM set at ~1400-1500 for cruise. Lower PRM (e.g. 1100RPM) at cruise saves fuel but reduces comfort.

I wonder how BMW set this RPM limit for their flagship. Thanks!
