I just signed for a 2018 750i with an MSRP of $109k, 36 months, 10k miles per year, $0 down expect first month ($1,300) and basic fee's (~$350) for $1,300 a month. Including Texas taxes (6.25%).

My '17, leased in Fall of '16 was MSRP 111895. Lease is about $1300 and 4 payments on my F10 were picked up.
Agree that a new 760 at less than $1000 a month is not possible.
