A good leather cleaner (Swissvax/Zymol etc...) a clean soft leather brush, a warm damp micro fibre towel and a clean dry micro fibre towel.
Apply the cleaner work into the leather surface with the brush, remove excess with the damp cloth and buff dry with the other cloth.
Once every 6 months should be more than enough.
