WTF? you are right....in sport mode, I tried just braking and pressing the gas a bit and releasing, just as an experiment, (a technique which kicked my pals
tail over and over at the BMW track day drag competition) and lost 3/10ths of a second over my launch control times. That is flat-out wrong. There's something going on with launch control on my car, at least.
might try some higher octane gas, soon. Wish I had a safe place to test 60-130mph around here, I also wish Dragy had a more attainable option like 60-100 or something. For acceleration comparison.
