They only thing you need to take into account is that BMW Assist may say they will not help you (tow you away) if you have a flat tyre if it was factory fitted with RF tyres.
So you need to make a story around it if it happens.
My 20" winters and 21" summers are non-RF only. And haven driven my car initially with RF tyres for me it was quite OK. In contrary to the RF's on the F10. That was a disaster.
I had my second flat tyre in 20 years a few weeks ago. Thanks to our dear lord I was around the corner of my detailer who coincidentally had my winters laying around. So with 0.4 bar I drove up this shop. Close one..
