Well, 2 wrongs don't make it right, but looks like the Armenian driver was trying to stop some bozo who tried to run off, maybe went slightly too far, but just slightly. If I was him, I would not do it, not worth getting booked by LA's finest. I'd just call the police and try to follow the truck. Easier said than done, though. That said, I hope that this situation works out for him and he learns his lesson.
