That's odd - I've used Zaino on all my vehicles especially the M5 and when I sold it at 40k miles, it was soft, crack/crease free, and smelled amazing. I do hear some people do not like the smell but never heard anything about the leather being hard. My personal experience has been amazing and I would recommend Zaino over any other brand. Leatherique is great too. |
+1 on Zaino leather products...weird to hear that people don't like the smell as it's amazing! Lol. I also use leatherique but only once a year for heavy cleaning and conditioning.
