My N63 is at the dealer having its valve stem seals replaced.

At approximately 60k miles, this is a $8k+ job (covered under extended warranty).

Anyone know why the valve stem seals go bad on the N63?

Should I anticipate failure again in the future, or are new, improved parts now used?
