If car was sitting for 3+ months the tire likely has flat spots. Drive it hard, heat up the tires.... And that should help eliminate the flat spots. Sometimes overinflating closer to tire oem max pressure for a few days is helpful to remove the flat spots.
No weight needed on a wheel is a best case scenario. I'd be grateful.
