I would recommend you also Ingolstadt with Audi there and the Deutsche Museum into Munich. If you want it the more leisure way, dont forget Kloster Andechs and its famous beer. Not as famous as Nordschleife, but quite enjoyable are the A1 Ring within the closer vicinity of Munich.
