LAPD reported that the truck ran a red light hitting the BMW. The BMW driver went to get out of his car and the truck attempted to drive away (hence the open door). Unfortunately for the truck driver, it was attached to the front end of the BMW. The result was the videos above.
Most likely is that the 7 series started to get dragged by the truck as the driver was trying to get out scaring/enraging the BMW driver.
