I got into double edge safety razor shaving about 6 months ago and I love it! I haven't gone down the rabbit hole of 400 different shaving creams, oils, etc, but fell into a nice little setup that works for me.
I was previously a dollar shave club guy but had always had problems with razor burn. Have you looked into them instead?
