I had one from either them or the big E where the renter before had a very similar name and for some reason they re-printed their contract and gave it to me. I realized this later that night and tried to call and fix it, but multiple calls over multiple days and their broke-ass customer service system could not figure it out, so I literally could have sold the car on the black market and no one would have known. When I returned it they still couldn’t figure it out, I never paid a dime.
