Tell me about it. Pirelli is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with on the customer service side. We've had 2 sidewall blowouts and 1 instance where the whole tire shredded just doing basic city driving. These tires supposedly come with warranties that cover such occurrences, but I spent over a year going back and forth with Pirelli reps and still haven't received a dime.
