So this confirms that the CarPlay flashing is the cause of the reboot and the seat control issue. For me the reboot happened only once until now! I'm using iPhone X. I wonder if things are going to get worse. I wonder if other members are experiencing the same issues...

I flashed to Carplay recently and yes, I get the same reboot w/ the red "No Signal" message, very faint/hard to see. It has always rebooted and even has Waze map going to my designation still. I've seen it do this 2-3x in fairly rapid succession....and other times it goes days without doing it.
I also, in Waze, see the Speed Limit/Current Speed in top right just off-screen. I think I can see my current speed but the speed limit is off the screen. The rest of the Waze map screen looks normal to me.
Using my daughters iPhone 8 doesn't have this abnormality.
I'm using an iPhone 7.
