The Concept Gran Lusso is more reflective of the next 7er with its higher on the body characterline and sweeping roofline. The Vision Future Luxury Concept illustrates the outline and some design features of the new 7er. But it is designed to stand out as another model.
BMW have signed off the next Rolls-Royce Phantom to be engineered with an aluminium chassis with Carbon Fibre load bearing section and Carbon Fibre full structure.
The next Phantom will be the ultimate expression of a Rolls-Royce as a brand. A synergy of luxury and technology with cutting edge construction and supreme power. The appearance is going to reflect this philosophy identified by its typical RR raked back front overhang and screen.
Its the engine that will define the Phantom's status as the ultimate luxury limousine. There will be no downsizing here.
The Vision Future Luxury concept is about using shared technology to create something truly individual instead of an extended-extended 7er. Which rival Mercedes-Benz have done with the S-Klasse Maybach which is just an extended S-Klasse.
