It's systemic mainly due to the lack of negative camber up front. Only way to really fix it is increasing negative camber and keeping it during cornering. Driving style can sometimes play a roll as well. There is one corner at my local track where you chew the front tires more depending on how you take the corner. Review your lines in corners that put lots of load on your fronts due to cornering and see if there isn't an easier on the tire line.
