Great review. I've been noticing/paying attention more to F10's (both M and non M's) around town and find that they have aged extremely well, they are very elegant in design (sans the hood-line) and honestly I think I like them more than the G30/F90.
That being said, this M5 was always going to be a hard follow up to E60 and its tremendous V10. What the E60 lacks in beauty compared to F10, it makes up for with character in strides (and poor reliability
). The problem with the F10 is in my opinion the V8. BMW TTV8's are fast, but they lack character, and most of all, a proper soundtrack. I think both Audi and Mercedes do better in this department compared to the S63.
