Very interesting. I know the website is not the most knowledge filled site.
They had an issue with the Harmon Kardon stereo stating it had a 16 speaker 600 watt in the 2 series Conv that made them pay out 500 dollars to alot of people.
Best thing I can suggest would be to contact BMW regional people and see if they are willing to do anything.
