Speed is defined as "rate of motion: such as

(2): the magnitude of a velocity irrespective of direction.

Velocity is defined as "quickness of motion" or "the rate of change of position along a straight line with respect to time".

And thus it is the velocity definition, specifically the rate of change of position along a straight line with respect to time that indicates it ought to be along a road / track /etc.
Not a dyno where you are stationary. Which doesn't account for the factors that I mentioned which would pare down your real world speed.
It would honestly just be easiest to admit I'm right.

You can calculate theoretical using the following parameters:
1. Rolling circumference of the tires or diameter + equation.
2. Final Drive Ratio
3. Gear Ratio
4. Revolutions Per Minute of the engine
5. Correction factor.
