Back in the day BMWs were known for overheating, especially in summer traffic (I was in So Cal at the time). Lots of us went to “triple core” radiators, I think from Zionsville, at the time, which helped a lot. A good fan helps too, otherwise had to keep the car moving to maintain airflow through the nose.
I always liked the look of coco mats, and yours are perfect for the car!
