Okay buddy use brand new OEM parts in an engine that is likely over 15 years old.
U can get a remanufactured one for 2k. Why would you dump so much money into a 15 year old car. but to each their own. That proves your point, but you aren't making logical decisions and likely are a mechanics dream client.
anyways lots of things an be fixed by the correct mechanic...
case in point my f30 fried two piston rings. dealers wants to drop in a NEW OEM engine at 20k...indy tears down replaces both pistons....4.5k
