I did this exact job on the day I got my new to me F01 home. I was fortunate that I had a replacement Meyle pump in my garage already
The filters were absolutely clogged and the headlight washer pump dead
Swapped them out, cleaned the tank and use OEM BMW washer fluid now. It's c£20 for 5l here in the UK, well worth buying as it's very concentrated and goes a long way!
