I took my old 2016 730d with the 648M wheels on it in July 2018. It fits absolutely fine on the standard carriage. Just watch your mirrors and make sure your left side isn’t too close to the kerb because it’s quite close. The ramp up to the second floor is slightly tight if you’re directed there but it’s no more difficult than manoeuvring a car park.
