Not an expert on Alpina models (stunning vehicle by the way, enjoy that lovely beast!) but I do know that the remote 3D view was something introduced only recently so I do wonder if Alpina is working with 2017 7's and modifying them?
I certainly don't have the remote 3D view on my 2016 model but I don't know if this was only introduced in 2018 or in 2017 models.
Maybe there is another explanation to do with the reason such as electronics adaptation or something else...
Safe travels, I'd happily miss out on the remote 3D view for an Alpina!
