Get home from work, go for a mile and half walk with Wifey, then hit the rower for 40 minutes, then the bike trainer for 25 minutes, then have dinner. Used to be a snap. Now I'm wiped and my feet hurt like hell.
Getting old sux. But as always, it beats the alternative.
