I am 23 and have been driving G11 750i for over a year now. Conclusion first, I prefer the 7 over F90.
I have a friend that owns an F90 and I have tried his car on several occasions. The most obvious difference is the throttle response and steering weight, the M5 is such a beast when it comes to acceleration and driving confidence. I'm not saying the 750i doesn't have them, the M5 it's just on a different level.
Here is the most important part, you are not gonna drive like a maniac everytime you get on the road, in real world situations, you are going to put the M5 in Efficient most of the time. This is when the 750 outperforms the M5, it has much better ride quality and better sound insulation than F90, and legroom in the rear is more than enough just with the short wheelbase version. I got my 750i a stage one tune and it has about 550hp and 770nm compared to M5's 600 and 750, so it is not at too much of a disadvantage when it comes to straight line performance. In fact, I drag raced with my friend's M5(both were on winter tires and no launch control since the G11 doesn't have it) and was a tie. If you are gonna get the 750, make sure you get it with the MP brakes because BMW is cheap enough to give 4 pistons on a 750.
