Hi all,

I've been having troubles with BMW allowing me to get the Retrofit for the ConnectedDrive connectivity. I wasn't aware of the offer program they had until it was too late. Now the dealerships I'm talking to say it's simply not possible to be done.

I'm wondering if anybody on the forums here took the offer to get the Retrofit completed. If so, I'd love to know if you still have connectivity today, and are you allowed to continually renew if you desired? And additionally, if you have any understanding of what the actual work entailed (e.g. a service record stating what was done, or a reference to a Service Bulletin/SIB number).
