Please keep us posted on how your rear pad change goes. Steps would be appreciated, if possible. So many different stories out there, I wish someone would come up with a 'correct' procedure for the rear.
In case you are not tracking, from what I have read you must DISENGAGE (turn off) the e-brake before starting the job. Good luck!
