The right side thigh support failed. It felt like a piece of metal was digging in my leg. They replaced that part and it now is comfy.

More importanly, how does it look when the dealer changed it? Since they only change the leather cover/cusion causing the problem, they have to take the seat apart and manually wrestle with the foam qnd the leather cover and I yet have to see them doing a good job. |
Seemed to do a good job to my eyes. They had the car for 3 days and as they had already damaged a wheel (which they replaced) they obviously took their time over it.
