The wind noise appears along the whole length of the A-pillar, starting from the base and going along the roofline towards the B-pillar. This does point to seals or door alignment, but… this was apparently checked and is in line with OEM spec

Have you recorded the decibels via a DB app? I ask this as mine is whisper quiet really (although most of my cars have been M cars)
Download an app and record the decibels it will be interesting to compare.
