Yes, this is a DIY fix. The oiled bushing is integral with the OEM part. You can get an aftermarket bushing alone but you need a method of pressing the old bushing out to swap the new one in. Or just get the OEM tension strut for ~ $350. The book recommends a new aluminum bolt and two nuts to do the job as well. Final torque to the bolts is applied after the suspension is carrying the weight of the car.
I drove on mine for what I assume was several hundred miles before the oil finally came down pat the rashguard. Seems fine after the fix. Cheers.
