Charging interrupted - can't charge car!

All of a sudden out of nowhere I get this error message and cant charge my vehicle at home anymore. Ive reset the breaker multiple times and plugged and unplugged multiple times. Still getting the error message. Any ideas how to fix?

Did you reboot iDrive? Lock your car and let it sit for 20-30 mins?

I got this message two times, and after an iDrive reboot and lock and park....has not returned.

I turned the breakers off and locked the car for a few hrs. Went back and tried after the few hrs and it now it works. I guess the car needs some time to be in idle before trying again. Not sure why it happened in the first place though as it has never happened before…

I had the same problem. BMW is working on the fix. My SA said it should be about 3 weeks for them to figure out a fix. They said I should use a slow charger or figure out what high voltage one works for my car and use that. I have a loaner until it is fixed - also an i7 which surprisingly is charging without issue.
