The charging flap of my i7 2023 with only 13k miles is broken and here in Albania BMW doesn't have authorization to work on the car, I opened the flap with force and now my car wont charge , any advice on how to charge it until the new flap arrives ? Thank you in advance

Not sure I understand but was the door stuck shut and you forced it open? Car was unlocked? And now you mean the charger cord is connected but it won’t charge? What do you mean BMW Albania is “not authorized?” Did you buy the car in another country? I’m no EV expert but I believe there are electronics in the flap/charging system and this likely has to be a dealer repair even if you can get a new door on. If you didn’t buy it in Albania you may need to get it back to where you bought it. I have no idea of how roadside assistance or warranty works as to different countries.
