It looks like bubbles under some coating. I wonder if the fiber strips are naked or they have some sort of film on it on the exterior that can become loose? If no film, then probably damaged fiber line. Tug those areas with your finger to see if the pattern changes.

I am not sure what that is but its behind the strip and its white patches.. at night when lights are on its not visible.. I just want to know how to replace them....

it will cost you 69€ and 15 to 20 minutes of your time to replace you can easily do it yourself.
Auction portals are full of it. (ebay) & an instructional video wouldn't screw it up (good luck) |
