Cylinder 5 Misfire and 120408 code

Yesterday I drove to work and my car was running fine. When I put it in reverse to park it started misfiring and the drivetrain malfunction popped up. I scanned for codes on the spot and it said cylinder 5. I did plugs about 5k miles ago but didn't change the coil packs. When I got the car back home I installed a new coil pack but no luck. Afterwards I decided to swap plugs and coils around. Cylinder 5s plug was a little wet so I don't believe it's a fueling issue. I cleared the codes and once again I'm getting a cylinder 5 misfire code. Is there anything else I should check because I'm completely lost at this point.

Thanks in advance

Are there any other codes out of the view of this screenshot? To me it looks like misfires are a symptom not a cause and if there are no additional codes present then I would look into that last code 21A351. Is car stock or tuned?

Did a compression test yesterday and cylinder 5 is reading zero. Looks like I'll have to get the motor rebuilt now. Going to check the cylinder walls next when my boroscope comes in.

Ouch, that's bad, but I hope not too bad. If compression is zero then I would put my money on busted valve. Is the engine tuned? Keep us updated with the findings.

BM3 stage 2 tune, last oil change (which was my first one since I've owned the car) I found a small amount of metal in the filter also, that was before it was tuned. I boroscoped the cylinder yesterday and the wall is cooked.
